Educational Qualification
1. Hospital Attendant Grade III (Nursing Orderly) –
Essential: (i) Matriculation from a recognized school /Board (ii) Certificate course in Hospital Services conducted by a recognized organization(suchas St. Johns Ambulance)
Desirable: Experience of having worked in a Hospital
2. Lab Attendant Grade II –
Essential: a) 10+2 with science. b) Diploma in Medical Lab Technology.
Desirable: Experience: 2 year in relevant filed
3. Medical Record Technician –
Essential: B.Sc. (Medical Records) Or 10+2 (Science) from a recognised board with at least 6 month Diploma/Certificate course in Medical Record Keeping from a recognized Institute / University and 2 years’ experience in Medical Record Keeping in a Hospital Setup And Ability to use computers – Hands on experience in office applications, spread sheets and presentations. Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi
4. Pharmacist Gr II –
Qualifications: 1. Diploma In Pharmacy from a recognised University/Institution 2. Should be a registered Pharmacist under Pharmacy Act 1948
Desirable: Experience in manufacture/ storage/testing of transfusion fluids in a reputed hospital orindustry.
5. Wireman –
Essential: a) 10 th Class /Standard or equivalent b) ITI Diploma Certificate in Electrician Trade c) Electrical workman certificate of Competency; and d) Practical experience of 5 years in electrician trade.
6. Sanitary Inspector Grade II –
Essential: 1. Pass in Class 12 + Health Sanitary Inspector course (1 year duration) from recognized university /institution 2. Not less than 4 years of experience in a 200 bedded hospital
7. Plumber –
Essential: a} ITI Diploma Certificate/equivalent in the trade with at least 5 years practical experience Should have the following experience: Working knowledge of the various types of specials used in the plumbing tradeof all types of pipes of different materials and be able to estimate requirements for any job entrusted to him. Working with various tools used in the trade such as wrenches, spanners, caulking tools, stocks and dies etc. Make leak proof joints for all types of pipes. Knowledge of materials that go to form joints and be able to estimate requirements there of. Able to follow drawings and sketches and execute work accordingly to layout. Able to carry out overhaul of bib cocks, ball valves, sluice valves including grinding and seating. Possess Plumbing License.
8. Artist (Modellar) –
Essential: Diploma/Certificate in Fine Arts/ Commercial Arts/Modeling from a recognizedInstitution/University With 2 years’ ‘experience in Illustration and modeling, in theconcerneddepartment. Or Matriculation / equivalent with 5 years experience in the concerned department of aMedical College.
Desirable: Degree in Graphic Design, preferably qualification in education, media and communication.
9. Cashier –
Essential: Degree in Commerce of recognized University or equivalent and 1. At least 2 years’ experience of handling accounts work of a Government Organization; and 2. Having proficiency in Computer application:
10. Operator (E&M)/ Lift Operator –
Essential: a) 10 th Class/Standard or equivalent b) ITI Diploma Certificate/equivalent in related trade
11. Junior Medical Record Officer (Receptionists) –
Essential: For Jr. Medical Record Officer – B.Sc. (Medical Records) Or 10+2(Science) from a recognised board with at least 6 month Diploma/Certificate course in Medical Record Keeping from a recognized institute / University having 2 years’ experience in Medical Record Keeping in a Hospital Setup And Ability to use’ computers, Hands on experience in office applications, spread sheets and presentations. Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi. For Receptionist Degree in Mass Communication/Hospital Administration/ Hospitality Management from are cognized University/institute. 12. Manifold Technician (Gas Steward) / Gas Keeper –
Essential: 10+2 in Science with 7 years experience in Medical Gas Pipeline Systemin a 200 Bedded Govt. Hospital Or Trade Certificate or ITI Diploma in Mechanical Engg. with 5years experience in Medical Gas Pipeline System in a 200 Bedded Hospital
13. Electrician –
Essential: a) 10th Class /Standard or equivalent b) ITI Diploma Certificate in Electrician Trade c) Electrical Supervisory certificate of Competency; and Practical experience of 5 years in erection and running /maintenance of different types of HT and LT electrical installations including UG cable systems.
14. Mechanic (A/C & R)
Essential: – a) Matriculation or equivalent. b) ITI/Diploma certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning from a recognized institute/polytechnic of a minimum of 12 months. c) 2 Years experience in installation and maintenance of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems
15. Dark room Assistant Grade II –
Essential: Diploma in Radiography from a recognized institution with 1 year experience
16. Assistant Laundry Supervisor –
Essential: 1. 12th pass or its equivalent from a recognized Board/School. 2. Diploma/Certificate in Dry Cleaning/Laundry Technology from a recognized Institute. 3. 2 years experience in a reputed mechanized Laundry.
17. Dispensing Attendants –
Qualifications: 1. Diploma In Pharmacy from recognised University/Institution 2 Should be a registered Pharmacist under Pharmacy Act 1948
18. Mechanic (E & M) –
Essential: a) 10th Class /Standard or equivalent. b) ITI Diploma Certificate in Electrician Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering from are cognized Polytechnic/ITI. Practical experience of 2 years in a workshop / department dealing with operation and maintenance of mechanical/Electrical plants.
19. Library Attendant Grade II –

Selection Process
(a) Computer Based Test (CBT): 1. The CBT will be conducted in the manner as detailed in Section –IV. 2. Candidates clearing the CBT will be subjected to a skill test, if applicable. The Skill Test will be of qualifying nature. 3. The date and details of skill test will be notified on the website of AIIMS Bhopal Bhopal in due course. 4. The result will be prepared on the basis of marks scored by candidates in CBT in the order of merit, subject to clearing the Skill Test, if applicable. Candidates figuring in the order of merit will be subject to document verification.
(b) Document Verification: Original documents of candidates will be verified in the order of merit. The date and details of document verification will be notifiedon the website of AIIMS Bhopal Bhopal after declaration of result of CBT. The number of candidates shall be called for document verification in the ratio of 1:3basedon number of posts.
(c) Final Notification of Result: The list of selected and waitlisted candidates will bepu blished on the website of AIIMS Bhopal, Bhopal after the stage of document verification.
